Introduction

Welcome to HEBO GROUP COMPANY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our project management training and consulting services (“Services”). By engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

1. Training Programs: We offer various training programs on project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
2. Consulting Services: We provide consulting services to assist in project planning, execution, monitoring, capacity building and control.
3. Customization: Training and consulting services can be customized based on client needs.

Payment Terms

1. Fees: All fees for Services are specified in the service agreement or invoice provided.
2. Payment Terms: Payments are due as outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy:
   • Training: Cancellations by delegates must be made via email and call one weeks before the course commencement. Refunds will be issued after deduction of 20% administrative fee.
   • Consulting: A minimum notice of 7 days is required for cancellation of consulting services to avoid full charges for the scheduled time. Refunds will be issued after deduction of 20% administrative fee.
   • HEBO Consult reserves the right to cancel the course. If this occurs, a full payment refund will be provided and advance notice will be provided prior to the course date
   • Installment payments will be subject to an additional 10% administrative fee

Client Obligations

1. Cooperation: Clients must provide necessary information, access, and support to enable the successful delivery of Services.
2. Compliance: Clients must ensure their use of our Services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: We retain ownership of all materials, methodologies, and content provided during the training and consulting engagements.
2. License: Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use provided materials for internal purposes only.

Confidentiality

1. Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the course of the Services secure and not to disclose it to any third party without prior consent.
2. Exceptions: Confidential information does not include information that is publicly known, rightfully received from a third party, or independently developed.

Limitation of Liability

1. No Warranty: Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
2. Limitation: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Termination

1. Termination by Client: Clients may terminate the service agreement with a written notice subject to the cancellation policy.
2. Termination by Us: We may terminate the service agreement if the client breaches any terms or engages in unlawful or unethical behavior.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Republic of Tanzania.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in High court of United Republic of Tanzania.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
