In a convention filled with engineers, innovators, and thought leaders, the 2025 Annual Engineers Conference organized by the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) in Dar es Salaam in September 2025, stood as more than just a gathering, it was a reflection of Tanzania’s remarkable journey from Vision 2025 toward the bold horizon of Vision 2050.
Under the theme “Achieved Vision 2025 and Advancing Towards Vision 2050: The Role of Engineers”, the event echoed one powerful truth: the nation’s progress is built, quite literally, through its people and their projects.
Among the organizations championing this cause, HEBO Consult once again demonstrated its unwavering commitment to empowering professionals and strengthening project delivery across the continent. As part of its ongoing mission to advance excellence in project management, HEBO proudly awarded three full certification training scholarships during the conference;
- Two for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification, and

- Eng. Haruni Mnunka
- One for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification.
