HEBO consult conducted a 2-day workshop for FK International School to equip the admin team with effective tools to steer the business in the right strategic direction while equipping the staff with the right level of confidence, leadership and power skills to keep the rest of the team motivated
The Training workshop was facilitated by experienced professionals who have led various administrative and strategic positions in successful companies who shared their proven ingredients of success. The session covers some important topics including
The essence of integrity, confidentiality, the importance of effective communications, and time management. Other areas emphasized were on how admin professionals should be adaptive to social, economical, and political changes and they should develop their skills to match the current times.
The session also emphasized how the professionals should react to market demand changes, meet competitive challenges, and their overall role in meeting and fostering adaptability to change, even to changes that seem impossible at first sight.

The workshop participants were fully engaged and appreciated that the content, discussions, and tips were very relatable and relevant to their working situations and business growth.
